Customs Clearance Guide, Denmark

Customs Clearance Guide, Denmark

Under Synthego’s terms of sale, the customer(Importer of Record) is responsible for customs clearance. This subjects your order to incur the necessary applicable import duties and value-added tax (VAT) upon importing to Denmark.

Please follow these guidelines to provide documents and apply for permits (if needed) within the given time frames to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner and avoids any customs related delays in transit. Should you have any questions, please contact our Sales Team.

Any customs related delays may compromise product integrity. In the event a delay occurs, please prioritize any requests that may come from the shipping company or Synthego to resolve issues as soon as possible.  Synthego cannot be held responsible for replacing orders that are no longer viable due to not following these guidelines.
