Edit Credit is a non-refundable, non-transferable, purchased credit that can be used to purchase standard Synthego products and services. Edit Credits cannot be used for non-standard projects, including projects that involve a high degree of customization. Edit Credit cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or any other item of value or benefit.

Term and Termination

An Edit Credit must be applied within 1 year of Synthego’s confirmation of your order (the “Term”). Upon your purchase of Edit Credit, Synthego will notify you of the start and end dates of the Term. Edit Credits that are not applied within the Term will terminate, and you will have no right to recover the value of unused Edit Credits.

Use of Edit Credit

Edit Credit is applied to a single Synthego.com account (email address). Edit Credits may be applied up to and including the last day of the Term by submitting a purchase order or other written acceptance of a Synthego quote or other offer for the Synthego products and/or services described above. Upon application of an Edit Credit to an order, Synthego will adjust your Edit Credit balance and it will typically become visible within 24 hours of order processing.
