Participation in the New Lab Startup Program is subject to Synthego's approval, in its sole discretion, based on eligibility criteria described above. Synthego may request documentation to verify eligibility (e.g., proof of lab formation, funding, or institutional affiliation) and may deny or revoke participation, including previously approved awards, if such documentation is not provided or is found to be inaccurate.
Program benefits are issued as Edit Credit and governed by Synthego's Edit Credit Terms of Sale, including as to use, expiration, and non-transferability. In the event of any conflict, the Edit Credit Terms of Sale control.
Limit one program award per lab, principal investigator, or institution. Program benefits may not be combined with other Synthego discounts or promotions unless expressly stated. Synthego employees, distributors, and resellers are not eligible.
Synthego may modify, suspend, or discontinue this program, including eligibility criteria and award terms, at any time without notice.
This program may not be available in all countries.
